Quonset Project

This Quonset building was insulated with Insulthane Extreme closed-cell spray foam, providing a continuous layer of insulation across the curved walls and ceiling. The spray foam conforms to the building’s corrugated metal structure, helping reduce air leakage and improve thermal performance.
The project was completed with an application of DC315 intumescent coating over the spray foam. In total, the installation used five sets of Elastochem spray foam and 23.5 pails of DC315, delivering a fully finished interior.
